Review

For someone that hadn't even heard a single traffic song before, I was impressed. As with a lot of rock albums from the 60's-70's, some are not going to have the same impact as they did back then. Something like Sgt. Peppers for the first time sounded "good" to me, but nothing groundbreaking. As the same with this album, it's regarded as a classic but I would simply call it "good".

Songs 2-4 definitely are the strongest - 1, 5 and 6 are "okay" to me. Overall I like the sound and the spots I don't like it are usually really long solo's - just my cup of tea. In the end I'm surprised I liked Low Sparks, considering I don't really like jazz all too much and it has a jazz-rock feel. But it's good.
